Prices and payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. We offer several different payment options that you can find below.

Import taxes, custom issues and fees

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU (The European Union). may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the products are rejected and not able to be brought into your country all costs must be borne by the recipient.

International Bank Transfer

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation and payment instructions by email. Then you simply transfer money from your account to our Bank through your own Bank Service. The payment details you need can be found in the order confirmation, such as IBAN and SWIFT code. Do not forget to enter your order number as a reference so that we can match your payment with your order.

PayPal

PayPal is a payment service owned by eBay. PayPal has more than 100 million users worldwide. Hundreds of thousands of companies use the service that is open to both individuals and businesses. Paying through PayPal is easy and fast. Payment takes place with a few keystrokes and money is immediately transferred to the seller's PayPal account.

When paying with a credit card a PayPal account is not needed.

Pre-orders

Most of our products are available for pre-order. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, it will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered item is in stock.

Returns, Replacement & Claims

You will pay your return freight back to us, return tickets will be sent out only on approved complaints. Once your return is administered, you will receive confirmation of this by email. The administration usually takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Complaints

Once you have received your product, it is important that you immediately inspect this. In case of damaged packaging, this is advertised immediately at the place of delivery. We place high demands on the quality of our suppliers and ensure that the goods you ordered by us are delivered free of defects. Should you receive a defective or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Please describe the nature of the error and attach a picture file if you have the opportunity.

Return Policy

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the date we provided information.
