Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from different locations depending on your country. Most items are sent from either Sweden, Lithuania (via Packet Up), or the Netherlands, depending on stock and availability.
We use DHL, Lithuanian Post, or PostNord, based on what is most suitable for your destination and order size.
At checkout, you can choose between tracked and untracked shipping options.
We highly recommend tracked shipping for all orders outside Europe, especially for vinyl records, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Shipping Options
Option 1: PostNord First Class Airmail
A fast and price-competitive option. No tracking.
Recommended only for small orders (up to 2–3 CDs).
Option 2: PostNord First Class Registered
Secure shipping with tracking and insurance.
Ideal for higher value or larger orders.
Delivery Time & Handling
Your order is usually picked and shipped within 3–7 business days.
We guarantee shipment within 10 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID by email.
You can use this ID to track your package through the respective courier’s website.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please make a claim directly at the point of delivery or with the carrier who delivered your parcel.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy – no questions asked – on new, unused, and unopened products.
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier or delivery point as noted above.
